BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The United States Attorney's Office announced a Buffalo nurse has been charged with distribution and possession of child pornography.
32-year-old Craig Marranca allegedly distributed child porn on September 18, 2017 and on October 27, 2017 he allegedly possessed images of child pornography on a laptop computer and hard drive.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says some of the images depicted a prepubescent minor and a minor younger than 12-years-old.
Marranca faces a minimum penalty of five years in prison and a maximum of 20 years and a $250,000 fine. He was arraigned Friday and released on conditions.
