BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown is issuing a warning for people to stop playing basketball in city parks.
(2) I’ve heard reports of people playing basketball and gathering in groups at City parks - - again parks are open for passive use, sports and mass gatherings are NOT permitted at parks to prevent close physical contact. Be smart, be safe! pic.twitter.com/ZUzlcNfUpt

Current CDC guidelines state that people need to be six feet apart.
The mayor says city parks are only open for passive use and not for sports and other physical gatherings.
