BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man will spend 25 years in prison for beating and killing his grandmother.
Prosecutors say 31-year-old Alec Swiderski admitted to killing 74-year-old Pamela Toy in December. Toy was found dead in her Kamper Street home.
Swiderski pled guilty to one count of Manslaughter in August.
