BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man has been found guilty of predatory sexual assault against a child by the State Supreme Court Justice according to Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn.
46-year-old Luis Caballero has been found guilty of one count of predatory sexual assault against a child and one count criminal sexual act in the first degree, both felony charges.
According to the Erie County District Attorney's Office, Caballero engaged in oral sexual conduct by forcible compulsion with an underage female victim on February 25, 2016.
Caballero is set to be sentenced on March 6th, he faces a maximum of 25 years to life.
