Buffalo man facing murder charge following shooting on Geary Street

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man is facing a second degree murder charge following a shooting on Geary Street Sunday morning.

The Erie County District Attorney's Office says 61-year-old Michael B. Rattle was virtually arraigned Monday morning on one count of second degree murder.

Rattle allegedly shot and killed 63-year-old Daniel Wolfe inside an apartment on Geary Street in the City of Buffalo early Sunday morning.

He was remanded without bail, is scheduled to return to court on January 14 and faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison.
