Buffalo man facing multiple felony charges following traffic stop

TOWN OF CONCORD, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Erie County Sheriff's Office says a Buffalo man faces multiple felony charges following a traffic stop in the Town of Concord August 10.

According to ECSO the vehicle 29-year-old Brahieem Roberson was driving was confirmed stolen and a traffic stop was initiated at Genesee and Trevett Roads in the Town of Concord.

Officials say the vehicle was a rental and was reported stolen in the City of Buffalo.

Following an investigation ECSO discovered Roberson's license has 15 suspensions and he was detained. A further investigation of the vehicle led to the discovery of a digital scale, a crack pipe, and other drug paraphernalia.

Roberson faces the following charges: criminal possession of stolen property – vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, tampering with physical evidence and criminal possession of a controlled substance – cocaine.

Officials say while at the holding center a deputy allegedly discovered multiple crack cocaine rocks on the rear seat and floor of the patrol vehicle.
