Buffalo man convicted in deadly highway shooting

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man now faces a maximum of 25 years in prison for a deadly highway shooting.

On Friday, a jury convicted 22-year-old Juan Colon of Manslaughter in the First Degree.

In July of 2018, Colon fatally shot 26-year-old Angel Marcial Jr. as he was driving on the I-190 North near the Niagara Street exit.

Colon is set to be sentenced on April 16 at 9:30 a.m.

He remains remanded without bail.
