BUFFALO, N.Y (WKBW) — A Buffalo man faces second degree murder charges following a fatal stabbing in the Town of Tonawanda.
Erie County District Attorney John Flynn announced 39-year-old Jevon Gaiter was arraigned in Town of Tonawanda Court on one count of second degree murder.
Gaiter allegedly stabbed and killed 59-year-old Mark Bottita in the vicinity of Tonawanda and Vulcan Streets early Saturday morning.
Gaiter is being held without bail, he faces a maximum of 25 years to life and he is due back in court September 30th at 11 a.m.
