Buffalo man charged in fatal stabbing

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man has been indicted in a fatal September stabbing incident.

According to the Erie County District Attorney's office, 43-year-old David Miszko of Buffalo attacked and stabbed 34-year-old Richard D’Andrea on Spann Street in the City of Buffalo on September 13th.

On Tuesday, Miszko was arraigned on one count of murder in the 2nd degree.

Miszko is being held without bail. If convicted of the charge, Miszko faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison.
