HANOVER, N.Y. (WKBW) — Chautauqua County officials have arrested a Buffalo man on multiple counts of driving while intoxicated, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Authorities say 39-year-old Eliezer Morales had multiple children in his car who were under the age of 11, when he was stopped for various alleged traffic violations on Route 5 and Route 20 in the Town of Hanover.
Morales has been arrested on the following charges:
- 4 Counts of Felony Aggravated DWI (Leandra's Law)
- 4 Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child
- DWI
- DWI Per Se
- Fail to Dim Headlamps
- Speed in Zone
- Moved From Lane Unsafely
- Possessing More Than One NYS Drivers License
He was subsequently sent to the Chautauqua County jail.
