BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Police say a Buffalo man has been arrested for driving with a blood alcohol content level three times the legal limit.
Authorities say 25-year-old Charles Rolling was stopped for a traffic violation on State Route 33 Sunday morning, and found to be intoxicated.
Officers say his BAC was .23 percent.
Rolling was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and was turned over to a sober third party.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is expected to appear at City of Buffalo Court on August 11th.
