BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man, accused of beating a little boy to death, was arraigned Tuesday in State Supreme Court.
24-year-old Nathaniel Baker is charged with Second Degree murder and First Degree Manslaughter over the death of 2-year-old Jordan Robinson.
It is alleged that on January 7, 2020, Baker caused the death of Jordan, his girlfriend’s child, by beating the toddler at a home on Theodore Street in Buffalo. The little boy was taken to ECMC where he was pronounced dead.
Baker is scheduled to return on August 13. He remains held without bail.
If convicted on the charges, Baker faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison.
