HAMBURG, N.Y (WKBW) — New York State police say a Buffalo man was arrested for DWI after reports of a vehicle driving erratically.
47-year-old Rodney Cruzado was pulled over on the I-90 in the Town of Hamburg by state police. Cruzado was found to be intoxicated and driving with a suspended license according to state police.
Police say Cruzado had a BAC of .24 percent, he was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation and multiple vehicle and traffic violations.
Cruzado was released to a sober third party and is due back in Town of Hamburg Court later this month.
