BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man admits to shooting and killing a teenager in the Broadway-Fillmore neighborhood in the summer of 2018.
41-year-old Eric Smith pleaded guilty to Manslaughter Thursday before a State Supreme Court Justice.
On June 17, 2018, Smith fatally shot 17-year-old Leo Thagard, III after an argument outside a home on Lombard Street in Buffalo.
Smith faces up to 25 years in prison when he is sentenced in February.
