BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man faces up to 25 years in prison for shooting and killing a man with an illegal handgun.
28-year-old Lamarrio Clark, of Buffalo, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to one count of Manslaughter in connection with the deadly shooting that occurred on July 4, 2023.
Clark shot 28-year-old Corbin Kinsey on the first block of Warring Avenue near Genesee Street in the City of Buffalo. Kinsey later died at the hospital.
Clark will be sentenced on October 1.
