BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo fire commissioner William Renaldo spoke with Katie Morse and Ed Drantch on the flash floods affecting the city Wednesday morning.
He spoke about how the flooding impacted the northern parts of the city and to avoid many roads all together.
The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for north central Erie County from 4 to 7 a.m. Wednesday.
