BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo City Court has been evacuated because of a gas leak.
Police have blocked off the road that leads to city court.

According to officials, a utility company was working on a site on Niagara Street near the court.
Fire officials report that fumes made their way to the Buffalo City Court building which prompted an evacuation.
It has been determined that there is no fuel leak in the building.
Court will proceed for the rest of the day.
