BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Due to a waterline break it was announced Thursday morning the opening of Buffalo City Court would be delayed until 1 p.m.
Shortly before 1 p.m. it was announced due to ongoing heating system repairs the building would be closed for the remainder of the day.
