BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The City of Buffalo Animal Shelter will be closed for a second day. City leaders made the announcement Wednesday afternoon saying the shelter will remain closed to the public on Thursday, November 7 due to emergency gas line repairs on the outside of the building.
According to the city, staffers have installed temporary electric heaters that will be in place until gas service is back up and running.
We're told there is no danger to the animals at this time.
