TOWN OF CHAUTAUQUA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Brocton man is dead after he struck a tree in the Town of Chautauqua Saturday morning.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, just before 7:30 a.m., police responded to a accident in the area of Burdick Road in the Town of Chautauqua.
Police say the vehicle was traveling northbound on Burdick Road when it left the roadway into an embankment and struck a tree.
The driver, Ryan Evans 44, succumbed to his injuries.
