One man is in serious condition at Erie County Medical Center after a early morning shooting Sunday.
According to the Buffalo Police Department a man in his 40's was shot on Kerns Avenue near the intersection of Genesse Street around 12:30am.
Police say they are continuing to investigate. No one is custody.
