SALAMANCA, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Salamanca Police Department announced Monday two men have been arrested and charged with murder following the discovery of a body in a Salamanca building.
Police say a 38-year-old man was found inside of a building on Waite Avenue Monday and 35-year-old Jeremiah Desjarlais and 31-year-old Derrick Marsh, both of Salamanca, have been arrested on second degree murder charges.
Desjarlais and Marsh are being held in the City of Salamanca jail awaiting arraignment.
Police say no further information will be released, the Cattaraugus County District Attorney's Office will handle the case.
