BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Police are now investigating a disturbing discovery made on the city's west side.
According to city spokesperson Mike DeGeorge, the body of man was found outside on Osborn Alley just after 11:00am Tuesday. The man's name has not been released and there's no word on a cause of death.
