BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — A U.S. Navy Blue Angels aircraft is coming to the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station on Monday.
The base is scheduled to host the 2021 Thunder of Niagara Air Show on June 19-20.
Lt. Col. Ben Canetti of the 914th Operations Support Squadron is the air show director.
He says, "NFARS is proud to have the Blue Angels as the headline act of the 2021 Thunder of Niagara Air Show, which is free and open to the public. This event is intended to express our
appreciation for the continued outstanding community and employer support for our troops both stateside and overseas."
In addition to the Blue Angels, several military and civilian air performers will participate in this event next summer.
