ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WKBW) — Even though the Bills aren’t technically in the playoffs yet, loyal Bills fans still have the chance to purchase playoff tickets for a possible playoff game at New Era Field.

According to a team source, the Bills have sold 10,000 tickets to the first “potential” home playoff game at New Era Field.

It’s all part of a new NFL policy that allows teams within an arms reach of first place in their division to open potential seats to non-season ticket holders.
Season ticket holders already had the chance to purchase their tickets.

Even though the Bills have a 95% chance to make the playoffs, they’re not guaranteed a home playoff game, in fact, it’s a long shot.

In order to get it done, the Bills would have to keep their winning steak and hope the New England Patriots fall off.

Season ticket holders like Evelyn Coggins remain optimistic.

“They’re going to win this week and New England’s going to lose,” she said.

If the Bills find a way to win the division, and you want a seat, sign on to ticketmaster.com.

According to the Bills if they were to host a playoff game(s), tickets for the wild-card and division games would range from $65 to $164, with club seats ranging from $210 to $407. For the AFC championship game, regular seats would range from $140 to $230, with club seats ranging from $272 to $469.

The Bills are not guaranteed a home playoff game at this point, they must must win the AFC East division to be assured of that.

They are currently 9-3 and one game behind the New England Patriots who are 10-2 and have a win in hand over the Bills.

In the event the Bills don’t make it to hosting a home playoff game, tickets will be refunded.
