BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Nature sure did turn on its leaf blower.
In fact, much of the leaves still on the trees in the Southern Tier were blown off the trees. If you want proof, you don't need to drive down the 219. We'll save you the trip and post this pic ofKissing Bridge's Web Camera.
You can see a lot of the trees have shed the leaves on the hills. We wouldn't be shocked if crews at Kissing Bridge are already thinking about flakes.
But if you're still itching for that fall feel, Delaware Park may be the place to be this weekend.
According toiloveny.com, the best areas to see all the colors will be right here in Buffalo and areas north and east of the Queen City.
Spotters in Batavia predict fall foliage will be at peak in the Genesee County region. We can't promise the leaves will stick around for the weekend however. Wind gusts are forecasted to go well beyond bad hair day criteria late Thursday and Friday.
If you plan on being out this weekend, snap a photo and post it to Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #SeeItOn7.
