BATAVIA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Batavia man has been arrested and charged after allegedly shaking an infant, causing serious physical injury.
Ty'Heem Jordan has been charged with reckless assault of a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
An investigation by Batavia Police revealed Jordan allegedly shook an infant, causing serious physical injury.
Jordan was arraigned and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court in October.
