BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — It's time to get back to the business of going back to school for some kids here in Western New York, and one local church is trying to ease the pain in a fun way.
The Cold Spring Bible Chapel held its very first Back to School Outreach Bash Saturday on Northland Avenue in Buffalo.
There were fun social distancing games and activities for the children and their parents.
The kids even received a free book bag, which included school supplies, hand sanitizer and a mask.
For the past seven years, the Cold Spring Bible Chapel has been on a mission to feed the hungry, give shelter to the homeless and provide resources for the community.
