BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police say an arrest has been made following a shooting on the 100 block of Rohr Street just after 2:15 a.m. Saturday.
30-year-old Jabreil Wyatt allegedly shot a 23-year-old Buffalo woman during a dispute and struggle that may have involved other people, according to police.
Wyatt is charged with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon. Officials are investigating if Wyatt suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound during the incident.
Police say a gun was recovered at the scene, both Wyatt and the 23-year-old woman were transported to ECMC for treatment.
The woman has been treated and released, Wyatt is believed to be in stable condition.
