Arrest made after drive-by shooting in Jamestown

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Jamestown man has been arrested in connection with a drive-by shooting.

It happened around 10:45 p.m. Tuesday on Liberty Street. Officers responded to find a vehicle was shot multiple times while people were inside. No one was injured.

Nathaniel Hollins Jr. became a focus of the investigation, after multiple people said he shot at the people in the car.

The gun used in the shooting was found in a backyard not far from the crime scene, police said.

Hollins Jr. was taken to the city jail pending arraignment on multiple charges, including being a felon illegally in possession of a gun, and reckless endangerment.
