LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Starpoint High School Unified bowling team has created numerous incredible bonds, like the friendship between senior Kellen Daboll and 16 year-old Tyler Schwagler. It's a relationship will affect Daboll's life after graduation. She's going to school for special education.

"I loved it. It literally makes my heart warm," said Daboll. She graduates from Starpoint in the spring.

"She reminds me of myself when I was her age. I fell in love with this career," said aid Starpoint teacher and Unified bowling coach Kathie Gunlack, "To see her have that same passion and that same love, I'm exciited to see where she goes with it."

Daboll and Schwagler met because of Unified sports.

"Kellen and Tyler are the sweetest little athlete and partner pair," said Maria Shields, a Unified bowling coach and Starpoint teacher.

"They are inseparable. They take a physical education class together. They are constantly together at school," Gunlack said.

Daboll visits Scwagler in class throughout the day.

"He's so funny and he can make me smile any time. He's always got the happiest face," said Daboll, "He's my friend. He really is. I just love seeing him."
