HAMBURG, N.Y. (WKBW) — Town of Hamburg Emergency Services announced that Amsdell Road is closed between Route 20 and Route 5 in Hamburg after the railroad bridge was struck.
The bridge was "heavily damaged," and the road will be closed until further notice. Railroad traffic is also shut off.

The Lake Shore Volunteer Fire Company said the driver is "OK."
