AMHERST, N.Y. (WKBW) — Amherst police say a woman was struck by a vehicle and seriously injured while crossing Main Street Sunday.
The incident occurred around 3:42 p.m. on the 4600 block of Main Street.
Police say the 63-year-old woman was crossing the street when she was struck by a vehicle. The woman was transported to ECMC with serious head and leg injuries.
The crash remains under investigation and no charges have been filed at this time.
