AMHERST, N.Y. (WKBW) — Police in Amherst have released the identity of the man who was killed in a crash on Millersport Highway on Christmas Eve.
Police say 24-year-old Athithiyan Thevarasa of Williamsville was killed when he hit a sign near UB, Thursday morning.
Authorities say the passenger, Mithushan Premakumar is listed in fair condition at the Erie County Medical Center.
Crews are continuing to investigate the crash.
