WHEATFIELD, N.Y. (WKBW) — An Amherst man is accused of having inappropriate relations and contact with a juvenile female.
Police have charged 31-year-old Kevin Morris with sexual abuse, course of sexual conduct against a child, criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child.
Authorities did not release the age of the child. It's unclear whether Morris is related to the victim.
The Niagara County Sheriff's Office charged Morris after conducting a two-week investigation.
Morris was arraigned in the Town of Wheatfield Court. He was remanded to the Niagara County Jail. Morris is due back in court Tuesday.
