BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — The annual Walk to end Alzheimer's took place Saturday, but with a different look this year because of COVID-19.
Instead of hosting a large gathering, The Alzheimer's Association encouraged people to walk in small groups or as individuals along sidewalks, parks and trails across the region.
Also a special Promise Garden was set up along Sheridan Dive in Amherst to honor all those impacted by alzheimer's and dementia.
