BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A 22-year-old man stands accused of driving drink and crashing into a home, killing a passenger inside the vehicle.

LeRoy Police arrested Andray Bair of Thorold, Ontario Canada, Sunday. He faces multiple charges including Vehicular Manslaughter and Driving While Intoxicated.

The charges stem from an accident back in February. It happened at 3:30 a.m. at the intersection of Wolcott Street and Clay Street in the Village of LeRoy.

Investigators say Bair was driving a vehicle that had left the roadway and hit a house on Clay Street.

The crash killed 22-year-old Handel Jamal Love, also from Canada. A second passenger in the vehicle was seriously injured and remains in the hospital for continued treatment.

Bair was arraigned Sunday in LeRoy Town Court and sent to Genesee County Jail.
