CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Travis Zukic, the 27-year-old Cheektowaga native who is charged with second degree murder, has had his court date for a felony hearing moved to March 18th at 9:30am.
Zukic is charged with shooting and killing Hannah Morse on Sunday at a 7-Eleven located on French Road in Cheektowaga.
According to the Assistant District Attorney, the case has been delayed because Zukic has not been cleared by doctors at ECMC, despite the expectation that he would be. The extra two weeks now gives time for Zukic to be ready for a possible trial, and to speak with his lawyers.
