ALLEGANY, N.Y. (WKBW) — An Allegany man stands accused of felony sex crimes involving a minor victim, according to New York State Police.
State Police investigators received a complaint on November 4th, indicating that Nathan J. Rhodes, 40, was involved in a sexual relationship with an underage female victim. Police say their investigation revealed that Rhodes had been sexually abusing the victim over several years.
Rhodes was charged with rape and a criminal sex act, both felonies.
Rhodes was virtually arraigned and released under the supervision of probation.
