ANDOVER, N.Y. (WKBW) — An Allegany County woman has been arrested after authorities say she left a four-year-old child alone in a vehicle, while shopping.
State police troopers say 29-year-old Amy Clemons of the Town of Andover has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Clemons was subsequently released, and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Andover Court some time later this month.
