DEPEW, N.Y. (WKBW) — Nicole and Tommy Rogowsky's wedding day last October was picture perfect.

“It was a lot of work for one day. But, it was beautiful,” said Nikki.

She has some photos to prove it. But the photos she has were taken by wedding guests. She said she never received any professional photos taken by Bryan Wray Photography. “As of right now, we have nothing.”

According to Nikki, she paid Wray $2,100 for his services. She said he photographed the entire day. According to the invoice, the photos should have been ready 60 days after her wedding.

Nikki researched Wray prior to booking him, and she said everything checked out. “When we had the appointment with Bryan, you could kind of tell his passion,” she said. “His pictures were beautiful. It seemed like it was a good fit for us. We just liked his style.”

Wray's Facebook page and website have been taken down. Nikki last heard from him in February. But hasn't been able to get a hold of him since then.

7 Eyewitness News also tried tracking him down both by phone and by going to his last known business address but with no luck.

According to the Better Business Bureau, at least one other bride had a similar complaint in 2017. That complaint was resolved, according to the BBB. Nikki has also filed a claim, and she intends to take Wray to small claims court. “We didn't take a full-on honeymoon because we didn't have the money. $2,000 we could have gone somewhere.”

Although, Nikki said it's less about the money and more about the memories. “Honestly, we want our photos. I want my pictures. It just breaks my heart that like I'm not going to be able to look back on a happy day.”
