LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WKBW) — A pedestrian was hit and killed on Sunset Drive in Lockport on Friday night, according to New York State Police.
It happened around 9:30 p.m. Police say 22-year-old Sean Michael Patrick Leslie of Grand Island hit and killed 81-year-old LeRoy P. Smith of Lockport with his car.
Smith was taken to the hospital, where he later died, and Leslie is cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
