BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Sleigh bells ring, are you listening?

We've got a list of events you can get into the holiday spirit this weekend across Western New York.

Hamburg Fairgrounds Festival of Lights

Hop in the car and drive down to the Hamburg Fairgrounds for a spectacular display of Christmas lights. This weekend, the festival will be open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with the grounds open until 10 p.m. Admission to the festival which includes activities, live entertainment and vendors is $25 per car load.

Winter Festival of Lights

There's another big light display happening right across the border. Niagara Falls, Canada continues the tradition of lighting up tourist destinations with breathtaking Christmas displays. There will be a fireworks show Friday at 9:00 p.m. For more information, click here.

Totally Buffalo 716mas Festival

Local artisans and vendors return to Riverworks this weekend for the 716mas Festival. Enjoy music and food while getting some holiday shopping done. You can check them out on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is $5, and children are free.

Hertel Holiday Walk and Tree Lighting

Mr. and Mrs Claus will be at St. Margaret's Church to help kick off the holiday season on Hertel Friday. They'll ride their sleigh from Parkside to the Tree Lighting. There will be caroling and hot cocoa. The walk starts at 6:00 p.m.

2019 Santa Land

You'll have another chance to meet up with Santa himself at Chestnut Ridge this weekend. You and the family can hop on a hayride, get your face painted and roast marshmallows Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

SantaCon Buffalo

Take a North Pole stroll down Chippewa Saturday. SantaCon Buffalo is back for another year. Registration starts at one at VENU and D'Arcy McGee's at 1:00 p.m. You can buy tickets for this bar crawl here. This event is for adults over 21 years old.

Mr. Popper's Penguins at TOY

It's opening weekend for the play adaptation of this beloved children's novel. Theatre of Youth has two show times on both Saturday and Sunday. Tickets range from $15 to $28. Find out more here.
