BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Crime Stoppers Buffalo is offering a $7,500 reward for information that leads to an arrest in a homicide case from New Year's Day.
27 year-old Frank Navaroli of Buffalo was shot and killed while a passenger in a car that was traveling on Pearl Street in the early morning of January 1st, according to Buffalo Police.
The car then crashed on Franklin Street and the driver fled the scene.
