WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Niagara County Sheriff's Office says a 69-year-old man from Newfane who was reported missing, has been found and is safe.
Donald Van Etten is a vulnerable adult with a traumatic brain injury was previously last seen at 1 a.m. Sunday on Bolivar Road in Wellsville.
