BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police say a 41-year-old man is dead following a shooting on Dartmouth Avenue, Saturday night.
Investigators say the man was shot on Dartmouth Avenue between Comstock Avenue and Bailey Avenue just before 9 p.m.
The man was declared dead at the scene.
