$32,500 reward now posted for leads in shooting death of Buffalo boy

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The FBI is increasing the reward for information leading to an arrest of the suspect(s) in the shooting death of 12-year-old Badraldeen Elwaseem by $20,000. This brings the total reward to $32,500, between Crime Stoppers and the FBI.

Buffalo police say the boy was struck and killed by a stray bullet on the 400 block of William Street near the intersection of Mortimer on April 6th.

The bullet that struck Elwaseem was one of many fired at a car in a parking lot. Another man, 22, was shot multiple times in the vicinity of the car.
