BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A 23-year-old man has pleaded guilty to shooting and seriously injuring a person on Westminster Avenue.
The shooting took place on September 29, 2019, around 3:00 a.m. Prosecutors say Joel Dean shot another person multiple times on the front porch of a home. The victim was taken to ECMC.
Dean pleaded guilty to one count of Attempted Murder in the Second Degree.
He could face up to 25 years in prison when he is sentenced in April. Dean is being held without bail, according to authorities.
