20-year-old Buffalo man charged with murder, felony, false personation, and more

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Police say 20-year-old Tony S. Golden of Buffalo has been charged with one count of second-degree murder, a Class “A-1” felony, one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, a Class “C” violent felony, and a Class "B" midsemenaor count of False Personation.

Police allege that Golden is responsible for a murder that took place on December 20, 2019.

Police say around 3:30 p.m., Golden shot 18-year-old Vincent Kramer with an illegal gun multiple times on Floss Avenue in the City of Buffalo. Police say Kramer later died from his injuries.

Police also say tht during the investigation, Golden gave officers a false name. If convicted on all charges, he faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison. Right now police say Golden is in jail without bail.
