BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police say a 19-year-old Niagara Falls man is hurt following a shooting on Pannell Street, early Sunday morning.
Investigators say the shooting happened on Pannell Street near Main Street and East Amherst Street around 1 a.m. Sunday.
Officials say the man is in stable condition recovering at Erie County Medical Center.
